Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was required to take six years away from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete her college. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
