Luciana Paoluzzi as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the daughter of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). There is no information about her siblings. Luciana has graduated from her local high-school in 1955 and went on to study naval engineering in Milan, at the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana was the only female student in the class, was the first to complete her studies. She began her modeling career after two years. The couple split within a year. Luciana was in a relationship with Tony Athony between 1962 between 1962 and 1970. He was an actor and producer who was influenced to write and produce this Spaghetti Western hybrid based on the character she played in the movie Green Slime.
