Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England), is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop style after she drew the public's attention with "Starry Eyed,"" along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding stands out as a contemporary artist with her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of creating songs that are captivating and empathetic. She is similar in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists of the same ilk. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she started preparing for the release of her debut album.
