Alex Borstein

Alex Borstein, an American actor, writer, producer, voice actress and comedian has been a household name for her roles in TV shows like 'MADtv", 'Family' and 'The Marvelous Mr. Maisel'. She has a distinct voice, and was requested by Seth MacFarlane the creator of "Family Guy' to perform the voices of the show. Seth MacFarlane approached Borstein to voice the show because she's not only an excellent comedian and actress and has a unique voice. Borstein gained fame after it became a massive success. The show also won her the Emmy Award as Outstanding Character Performance. She was interested in acting since a young age as she performed her first stand-up comic show when she was just sixteen years old. The actress struggles with an extremely serious condition, hemophilia which has affected her daughter, brother, and uncle. She's an active patron of the National Hemophilia Foundation.
